With team passwords, you can add passwords to a team and remove passwords from a team. You can easily manage passwords for a team from various diverse contexts but the best way is to open up the team passwords dialog option. (a) You can do this by visiting the connection tab, by clicking the connection icon on the main menu. (b) Choose “more options” that is visible next to the team you wish to manage your passwords for. (c) Select team passwords from the menu. (d) A team password dialog will have a list of passwords that are presently available in the team by default. For managing the passwords available to the team, choose the edit passwords button. (e) Now use the checkbox that is available next to the password you wish to add or remove from the team by clicking on the checkbox next to its name. (f) Now you have made changes, select the finish editing button for choosing the changes. (g) After you finish managing the team passwords, choose the close button.
Individual team members can have read-only or read/write mode permissions for passwords inside a team. These permissions can be changed, but the easiest way is from the “team members” dialog section. To change settings, (a) Select connections from sidebar menu (b) Now select “More Options” menu that is available next to the team for which you want to manage permissions for (c) Now select “Team Members” from the menu. (d) Select the “Permissions” button that is available next to the team member option you want to change (e) Select permissions you want to assign. (f) Select “close” to exit the dialog after you complete the team permissions.
Sharing passwords to multiple connections is accomplished by creating a Team for collaboration. To do this, click on the file in the application menu and choose “New Team”.
